HOW ENGLISH IS THE ENGLISH BREAKFAST?

I'm currently teaching a class on materialities on the Design and Environment MA at Goldsmiths. For my class, the students are tasked with tracking down the life of one part of the English breakfast: beans, tablecloth, tea bag, etc. Their hunt starts with a meal at Glodsmiths Cafe (as shown in image above, taken by Liliana) and you can follow their progress as they discover the complex web of systems that is embodied in this traditional dish.
