The Center for Genomic Gastronomy is an artist-led think tank engaged in exploring, examining and understanding the genomes and biotechnologies that make up the human food systems of planet earth. It's a collaborative endevour dedicated to the advancement of knowledge at the intersection of food, culture, ecology and technology. The Center presents its research through public lectures, research publications, meals and exhibitions.

Founded in 2010 by myself and Zack Denfeld, we have collaborated and been commissioned by a wide range of people and institutions. The Center has conducted research and exhibited in Europe, Asia and North America and presents its research through public lectures, research publications, meals and exhibitions.
